Kerman City proclaims Human Trafficking Prevention Month, receives congressional recognition

During the public forum, Omar Hernandez of Congressman Adam Gray’s office presented the City with a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition for recognizing Human Trafficking Awareness and Prevention Month. Legislative updates were also provided by Hernandez and Oneida Escobar of Assemblywoman Esmeralda Soria’s office. The proclamations and recognitions were ceremonial and did not require a council vote.
