Sergeants Patrick Clark and Johnathan Farr were acknowledged for recent promotions, and Police Officers Harsimerpreet Sidhu, Jhovanny Villasenor, Nathan Wong and Reserve Raymundo Ramos were sworn in during the meeting. The action was recorded as part of the presentations and ceremonial matters; no vote was required. A proclamation for National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day was presented to Police Chief Wilkins earlier in the session.
