County to close Brigham City offices early for Peach Days on Sept. 5

Commissioner Perry said the decision responds to recurring parking bottlenecks when Peach Days draws visitors and parade traffic; Perry moved the change, Commissioner Vincent seconded, and the motion passed by voice vote. "We have a complete bottleneck and can't get anybody into anywhere," Perry said when explaining the proposal.
The change applies only to county offices in the Brigham City/Main Street area on the specified Friday. Commissioners did not specify operational exceptions in the public discussion; staff will implement the early closure on the day noted.
