Weeks said Baptist On Mission had established eight sites across western North Carolina with a Canton site at Crestview Baptist Church to stage volunteers and applications. He said the ERR work aims to complete initial repairs for many homes for under $20,000 and that full rebuilds would follow in early spring. Weeks encouraged residents in need to contact Crestview for assistance and said volunteers and contractor relationships are in place to ensure work meets county inspection requirements.
