Board to resend employee handbook materials; removes Royal Lake parcels from auction and appoints Smithboro Fire board members

The Board voted to remove parcels in Royal Lake from the sealed bid auction and appointed Bill Archibald and Randy Tevis to three-year terms on the Smithboro Fire Protection District Board, with terms expiring April 30, 2028. The Board also announced an opening on the Discover Downstate Illinois Board and noted Jess Adams' interest; Chad Sexton was recommended for reappointment to the Greenville Fire Protection District Board.
