Tourism director pitches marketing, hotel-voucher outreach and a small-business recovery program

She also outlined a holiday shopping campaign launching Nov. 13 and an ornament fundraiser with proceeds going to small-business recovery. "We've worked with Alan and Chandelay through FEMA to call personally call every single hotel in Hayward County and encourage them to sign up for the FEMA voucher program for our displaced residents," she said.
