Council schedules streets-and-ditches workshop for July 22

Council Member Kent Wade asked the governing body to hold a workshop focusing on streets and ditches. Wade moved to schedule the workshop for Wednesday, July 22 at 6:00 p.m. at the La Cygne Community Building; Council Member Oscar Marino seconded the motion and it passed 5-0.
Wade had also expressed interest in attending the sewer-rehabilitation progress meeting on July 21; the workshop is intended to let council and staff review street conditions and potential projects ahead of budgeting and planning cycles.
