At the June 11 meeting the Ross Town Council considered several planning items in a public hearing and approved the recommended resolutions for multiple design-review and permit applications.
Roberta, planning staff, presented each case: 3 Willow Hill Road (design review, nonconformity and variance) where the ADR group recommended support (Resolution 2630); 111 Bolinas Avenue (conversion of a 492-square-foot cottage into a detached accessory dwelling unit and transfer of 206 square feet, Resolution 2631); 101 Upper Road (reapproval of previously approved entitlements that had expired, Resolution 2632); and 313 Upper Toyon Drive (new pool, spa and associated site work, Resolution 2633). Council members asked about fees, zoning updates (including potentially streamlining approvals for small lots) and permit-extension processes. Each resolution was adopted by roll call (motions recorded as passed 5-0).
