A staff member stated, "There were 2 applicants, Herb Ellis and Kevin Clatter. The board's recommendation would be Herb Ellis." The chair moved the nomination, it was seconded, and the council approved the appointment by voice vote with no public opposition recorded.
Staff will complete appointment documentation and note the partial-term end date of 05/31/2028.
