Staff and council discussed traffic management and coordination with San Anselmo because the property abuts the jurisdictional boundary; staff confirmed coordination with the San Anselmo city manager and planning and building director.
Council member motioned and seconded a resolution to approve design review and associated permits; roll call votes were taken and the motion passed 5–0. Staff noted conditions of approval will include traffic management and construction staging and that the project will return to council for assessment report steps as needed.
