The chair explained the road foreman will review proposed locations, consult with homeowners associations and property owners and approve sign placement when it meets standards; if either party objects the matter will be brought to the court for resolution. "It establishes its policy that citizens wishing to add stop signs to subdivisions may do so after consultation with and in conjunction with Spencer County Road Foreman who shall review the proposed signs and approve sign said placement locations so long as the sign locations are reasonably necessary in the opinion of the county road foreman," the chair said.
