Shadow Creek land-use ordinance moves toward April public hearing, zoning director says

Jeff Kaiser, Wadsworth Zoning Director, briefed the Economic Development & Planning Committee that the Shadow Creek land unit development (map and zoning text) remained on the Council calendar and was expected to proceed to second reading with a public hearing on April 7, 2026.
Kaiser invited committee members to raise questions before the public hearing and said staff would continue to provide updates. He also reported the City had not yet received the state contract for the Housing Improvement Program (CHIP) from the County, so no CHIP-related action was ready to report at this meeting.
