Traverse County approves advertising for County Park projects, awards $93,675 graveling contract

The board also approved signing the federal roadway project contract SP 078-015-017 for CSAH 15 (from CSAH 6 to State Highway 27).
Gillespie reported that dust-control pricing will remain the same as last year and that a bridge in the county reopened to traffic on April 11, 2025. The board unanimously approved awarding graveling project CP 25-03 (CSAH 9 to South County Line to CSAH 4) to CT Sibson’s Gravel & Crushing for $93,675.00. Motions to approve the advertising request and the graveling award were recorded with Commissioner Dwight Nelson and Commissioner Kayla Schmidt as the movers and seconders in the order noted in the minutes.
