The prospectus was signed by the chairman out of session and the funding agreement was executed as recorded in the minutes.
The actions were recorded in Book AA-2026. Other Public Works items discussed included a proposed franchise update by CenturyLink, the Quadco program and an update on the Solid Waste contract pending return from Waste Management.
