Gill reported the requested funding amounts as federally $1,300,000 with state and local shares of $34,211 each. "AIP funding will cover 95% of the private cost," Gill said while explaining the cost‑share model and asked the board to authorize the chairman to sign the application. Commissioners moved, seconded and approved the application by voice vote.
