Commissioners authorize HR Works leave-administration, Cintas supply agreement and consultant contracts
Summary

Auditor Chandra Schumacher presented a bundle of contract actions. The board authorized the Chairman to sign the HR Works proposal for leave administration services covering FMLA, disability, state-specific PFML, ADA and military leave; the minutes note the document is confidential under RCW 42.56.270(11). The Commissioners also authorized the Auditor to sign a workplace solutions cooperative acceptance agreement with Cintas for cleaning and bathroom products for the courthouse.
Separately, the Commissioners authorized the Chair to sign out of session a professional services agreement with Facet NW, Inc. for the Growth Management Act periodic update consultant and professional services agreements for hearing examiner and pro-tem hearing examiner (Andrew Kottkamp and Jay Eyestone) once they are executed by contracting parties.
