Robert Gill, Sheridan County Airport Manager, reported that four bids were opened for expansion of the airport's long-term parking lot and that the apparent low bid was $990,000 from Wagner Ranch Services. Gill said the low bid is under the county engineer's estimate of $1.2 million and that a notice of award will be brought to the Board for approval at a later date.
No formal award or contract was approved at the staff meeting; Gill indicated the matter will return to the Board with a notice of award and the required procurement documentation for formal action.
