The Sheridan County Board of County Commissioners unanimously voted to hire Century 21 BHJ Realty to provide commercial real estate brokerage services for the county-owned property at 1981 Double Eagle Drive, Unit A. Administrative Director Cameron Duff told the board Century 21 BHJ was the sole respondent to the county's request for proposals and proposed a 6% commission for marketing and advising on the listing price.
"Motion by Commissioner Wright to accept the proposed bid from Century 21 BHJ Realty for brokerage services to sell the building at 1981 Double Eagle Dr., Unit A," is recorded in the meeting minutes as the formal action. The approval authorizes county staff to proceed with contracting and listing the property under the terms described in the RFP response; the minutes do not list an expected listing date or reserve price.
