Staff agreed to return the item at the first available meeting after revisions.
Both votes were recorded in the meeting minutes; no recorded dissents or recusals were noted. Staff indicated grant and schedule constraints on the ODS update and confirmed the hillside map and retaining‑wall refinements will return after additional work.
