Mr. Nuss moved to approve the agenda and Mr. Ferguson seconded; the agenda carried on a voice vote. Mr. Ferguson then moved that all submitted claims be recommended to the full board for payment, Mr. Nuss seconded, and the motion passed on roll call with unanimous votes from the three members present.
Clerk & Recorder Amy Frederick recorded the actions and the meeting minutes. The committee's roll call listed Mr. Ferguson, Mrs. Mussman and Mr. Nuss as present; Mr. Vaughn, Mr. May and Coroner Roderick were absent. The minutes show the meeting convened at 9:00 A.M. and adjourned at 9:57 A.M., with routine procedural items completed.
