Commission renews Peopleware support agreement with CIC for $64,055

County Administrator Kevin Frymire presented the Annual Peopleware Agreement renewal with Computer Information Concepts, Inc. for Dec. 1, 2025–Nov. 30, 2026 and said the total fee is $64,055. Terry Scott moved to approve the renewal and authorize staff to pay the invoice; the motion passed unanimously.
Documents attached to the agenda included an invoice and line items for hosted services, backup, records management, and other modules. The county previously paid $62,240 in 2024; the 2025 invoice reflects an increase of 2.91 percent from the prior year as noted in supporting materials.
