Olmsted Falls council appoints and reappoints members to boards and commissions

Council amended the term for Mayor’s designee Heidi Meehan on Planning & Zoning to expire 12/31/2026 pending charter review commission guidance. All motions carried by poll votes recorded as 7 ayes, 0 nays.
Mayor Chad Gluss thanked residents who expressed interest in serving, saying the clerk received emails from people "expressing willingness and interest in serving." The council discussed procedural questions about the mayor’s designee term; Law Director Max Rieker noted the charter specifies one-year terms and the charter review commission will review that item.
