He asked that the board relay his request to development services director and county manager and urged a timely reply; he said he first requested a response on July 10 and has followed up by email. The chair asked staff to ensure follow‑up after the meeting.
No sworn enforcement action or staff determination was made during the meeting; the matter was raised as a constituent concern and the county manager and development services were asked to follow up with the commenter.
