Committee agrees to technical edits — glossary, map labels and fiscal addendum will be added by staff

The committee agreed to technical amendments including spelling out acronyms in the implementation matrix, adding stream labels and names under the committee photo, and asked staff to prepare a fiscal‑capacity addendum with FY26–27 data.
Members agreed there was consensus to add a glossary of acronyms, label unnamed streams on maps, and include name labels under the committee photo. Bridget Perry said those edits could be made and staff would implement them and prepare an addendum to the fiscal‑capacity chapter with updated FY26–27 data later in August.
Chair Steve Moriarty and others said many of the implementation actions are purposely broad and that the implementation committee and town council will be responsible for carrying them out. Scott Dresser and other members noted they had assumed amendments made during prior review sessions would be incorporated into the final draft; the committee formalized delegation to staff to avoid requiring an additional full committee meeting.
Bridget Perry summarized the agreed edits and said the plan as amended would be forwarded with an attachment listing recommended amendments for the planning board’s packet.
