Commission approves $820,145 in warrants, hears third-quarter financials on track

The Harvey County Board of Commissioners voted to approve two warrant batches presented Nov. 12: the Nov. 4 batch totaling $700,056.68 and the Nov. 11 batch totaling $120,088.74. Commissioner Becky Reimer moved to approve the warrants and Commissioner Don Schroeder seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
Later in the meeting Shannon Kingsley, Assistant County Administrator/Finance Director, presented the 2025 third-quarter financial report and told commissioners that year-to-date revenues and expenditures are tracking with the approved budget and are comparable to the prior year. County Clerk Rick Piepho also distributed bank reconciliation reports for the warrant account and stated there were no anomalies in the October reconciliation.
