Commission approves CCY family survey rollout, website link and QR-code plan

Vice Chair Paul Tonnessen moved that Commissioner Tonata Lolesio collaborate with Commissioner Cayla Kutaka to create a QR code for the digital survey; Commissioner Monique Bolo seconded and the motion passed unanimously (6-0, 2 absences, 1 vacancy). Commissioner Kutaka then moved to link the survey to the CCY website and draft a press release announcing its availability; Commissioner Medeiros seconded and the motion was approved unanimously. Commissioners discussed additional distribution through non‑profits and journalists following the press release.
