The Planning Commission recommended approval 5-0 and proposed conditions to limit impacts: a maximum of 100 attendees, event end times of 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 10:00 p.m. Friday through Sunday, licensed bartending for alcohol service, compliance with building code, and no outside amplified music.
Commissioners discussed parking and emergency access; Commissioner Herzet emphasized ensuring emergency vehicles would have access. Herzet moved to approve Resolution No. 26-28 with recommended/amended conditions; Commissioner Jackson seconded and the motion carried 4-0.
