Council approves sale of two industrial lots to Todd Co Vet Properties for $37,485

After discussion with Dr. Jeffrey Sauer of Todd County Veterinary Clinic, the Long Prairie City Council approved the sale of two industrial lots in the Southwest industrial park.
Dr. Sauer told the council he is considering one or two lots because his current site lacks expansion room. Council member JoAnn Schroeder moved to approve the possible sale of lots four and five (2.1 acres each) at $17,850 per acre, for a total of $37,485 to Todd Co Vet Properties, LLC; Council member Clint Krueger seconded the motion and the council voted unanimously.
