School board: two new members seated; recall petition withdrawn; city clarifies snow removal

Barnes said the school uses an outside contractor who removed snow but was unable to remove ice; the city's Public Works Department assisted with ice removal and Barnes stated that "no City salt was used at the school." The council did not take action on school operations during the meeting.
