Chad Anderson presented a package of pedestrian and lighting projects. Sidewalk projects include 9100 West (between Main Street and 2820 South) and Breeze Drive (between 3100 South and 3320 South), plus a Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) installation at Cordero Drive and Cloud Peak Drive. Anderson said an RMP-provided power source enabled design revisions for the President’s Neighborhood east of Montclair.
On lighting, staff plan to double the number of streetlights along Cordero Drive and Cloud Peak Drive, but Anderson noted the work is awaiting long-lead materials. He did not provide firm installation dates or funding amounts during the update.
