Commissioner Masrud asked whether staff had targets for the number of subdistricts or neighborhoods; Harrington said the intent is to produce more accurate subdistricts and that staff will use the mapping inputs to guide later boundary decisions. Commissioner Miller asked about market studies; Harrington said the last market study for Rice Street dates to the 1990s and that the city maintains a current business inventory staff can map.
