Zoning administrator reports uptick in permits; commission approves Oct. 7 minutes
Summary

At the Nov. 4, 2025 meeting Zoning Administrator Tyler Yandow briefly reviewed his Nov. 4 report, noting "the number of permits issued during the past month has increased to what one would normally expect at this time of year," and referenced the attached permit summary.
Commissioner David Berard moved to approve the Planning Commission minutes from Oct. 7, 2025; David McAneny seconded and the motion passed 6-0-0. Commissioner McAneny also reported there was no BCRC meeting in October and that a December meeting date has not been set. The commission listed its next regular meeting for Dec. 2, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.; Vice Chair Scott Thompson indicated he may be unable to attend.
The meeting was video-recorded via Zoom and the record is retained at the Dorset town office; the meeting adjourned at approximately 7:45 p.m.
