The Dorset Planning Commission approved two Design Review Committee applications Nov. 4, 2025, for properties on Church Street. Kit Wallace presented the applications, and the commission voted 6-0 to accept the DRC’s recommendations.
At 86 Church St, the applicant will change the freestanding garage overhead door and roof so they match the main house. At 41 Church St the project is to screen existing propane tanks with a shed painted white. "The Design Review Committee recommended both applications be approved," the minutes state. David McAneny moved to approve both applications and Scott Thompson seconded; the motion was recorded as approved 6-0-0.
The approvals were recorded in the meeting minutes and no additional conditions or appeals were noted in the document.
