The club requested the rezoning so the lot’s designation matches the clubhouse and surrounding structures already zoned Village Business.
The commission closed the public hearing after the vote. The change to the zoning map was recorded in the meeting minutes; the commission did not attach conditions beyond the description provided at the hearing. The commission is scheduled to meet again on Dec. 2, 2025.
