On Sept. 16 the Dorset Select Board approved Pay Requisition No. 14 for the new Town Office. Jim Salsgiver moved and Alison Clarke seconded the motion to approve the pay requisition; the board recorded a 3-0 vote in favor.
Staff told the board that one small invoice remains and that the project overall is expected to come in under the original $3.2 million guaranteed maximum price (GMP) by a small margin—reported as approximately $10,000 to $20,000—after accounting for changes, additions and deletions.
