The approval covers line items across multiple city funds, from utilities to pool chemicals and grant-related payments. Clerk/Treasurer Tamela Curtis presented the list of claims and the June Treasurer’s report; the council reviewed both with no questions. The payments also included a USDA loan/reserve payment to the Pawnee City Library Foundation for $8,400 and smaller recurring costs such as Medica health insurance ($10,265.22) and utility charges. The council recorded the approvals as part of normal fiscal housekeeping and incorporated several grant-related drawdowns on later agenda items.
