Planning commission approves bylaw change to rezone 102 Parsons Lane

The proposal was raised by the Field Club and documented in a July 29, 2025 letter, which the commission took into account when voting. Zoning Administrator Tyler Yandow will warn a public hearing on the bylaw amendment for the Planning Commission's next regular meeting on Nov. 4, 2025. That hearing will be the next formal opportunity for public comment and any further technical review.
The action alters the town’s zoning map, moving one parcel into a category that can accommodate a broader set of uses. The commission did not adopt implementing text changes at this meeting; the public hearing will provide an occasion to consider any ordinance language or conditions tied to the change.
