Board members discussed salt procurement amid limited storage. A staff member cited a vendor quote, saying, "I think it was $98.90 from Apple, actually." After checking available funds and storage room (roughly space for 60 tons), the chair moved to restock. "So let's do this 60 tons," the chair said, and members agreed to proceed.
