Board members discussed improving the town website to list committee appointments, meeting schedules and how to apply for local boards and commissions, with an eye to a state accessibility requirement expected by 2027. One member said she "really liked how [Middletown] had all of it listed all of the appointments and jobs" and recommended modeling Tinmouth’s update on that site.
The board appointed Gail as the town representative to the Rutland Regional Planning Commission and made other appointments and alternates (Chris to alternate roles); members said they would revisit outstanding vacancies in April. The select board also discussed whether to fund part-time website administration to keep content up to date and comply with accessibility and data-collection disclosure requirements.
