The Tinmouth Select Board voted to adopt updated town road-and-bridge standards and sign the Vermont Transportation compliance certificate. S5 moved adoption and S1 seconded; the board approved the standards by voice vote and signed the required certificate.
S2 explained the compliance report and noted the proposed changes largely concern drainage crossings and minimum pipe diameters. After some review of guardrail and subbase specifications, the board authorized the chair and lister to sign the compliance paperwork so the town can proceed with state-related inventories and grant applications.
