Council debates ARPA priorities as staff seek quotes for community center siding and other repairs

"I think the discussion you guys need to have is the need versus want, and where to best allocate these funds to make the biggest impact," a council member said during debate. Council asked staff to obtain additional quotes and return with a prioritized list; in the same segment the council approved MP Asphalt for crack filling ($10,800) and H and S Seal Coating for parking-lot seal and restriping ($11,580). Staff said ARPA funds available were "just under $60,000."
