Administrator Jones presented the draft changes and the commission approved the resolution after discussion. "Commissioner Truelove moved to approve Resolution 25-24 as presented. Seconded by Mayor Johnson. Motion carried," the record states. The resolution cites K.S.A. 12‑101 and the city's exercise of home‑rule authority in personnel matters.
