Resident urges action on long-term RV; police say nuisance process underway

Police Chief Michael Melcher told the council that officers have spoken with the resident and are pursuing a resolution; Melcher said the resident has moved the trailer slightly and that "there is a process the city follows for nuisances and a resolution takes time." The council took no formal enforcement vote during the meeting and no amendment to the ordinance was proposed on the record.
