The Richland Governing Board approved the consent calendar June 8, endorsing routine financial items and several technology and curriculum-related renewals. The approved contracts include a SmartFind Express substitute scheduling service for $4,875.49 (funded from General Funds), School Services of California budget services for $5,160, Dataworks (Educeri) teacher license renewal for $12,075 (LCAP Action 1.1), and a Follett Destiny Resource Management renewal for $10,681.93 (50% supplemental and concentration funds and 50% Title I).
The board also adopted multiple board policies and administrative regulations ranging from volunteer assistance (BP/AR 1240) to personnel recruitment and criminal record checks, and facilities inspection procedures. Motion to approve the consent calendar was made by Trustee Bobbi Camacho, seconded by Trustee Deanna Rodriguez-Root, and passed unanimously (Ayes: Aguirre, Camacho, DeWitt, Maldonado, Rodriguez-Root).
