Executive Committee previews October board agenda with audit, contracts and quarterly reports

General Manager Catherine Cerri presented the proposed October Board meeting agenda at the Lake Arrowhead Community Services District Executive Committee meeting on Oct. 14, 2024. She said many items were carried forward from a September board meeting that was canceled for lack of quorum and listed three consent-calendar items: approval of Aug. 27 board minutes; a resolution to amend the Conflict‑of‑Interest Code through the required biennial review; and acceptance of Village Service Lines Project No. 249 as complete.
Cerri said staff will present quarterly reports from Engineering (Capital Improvement Projects) and Field Operations (3rd quarter), and Human Resources will provide an open‑enrollment and insurance-cost update. She also told the committee the auditor will attend the October meeting if the outstanding audit materials arrive in time. Vice President Steve Boydston asked which items were new compared with the canceled September agenda; Cerri identified the quarterly reports, the Corporation Yard HVAC contract, and the financial audit as newly scheduled.
