Subcommittee backs Putnam County's request to allow local regulation of sober living homes

"We have been inundated with sober living facilities in our community and this would allow them to regulate those sober living facilities," Chairman Williams told members. After brief discussion the committee voted 5-0 to advance the bill to the next State and Local Government calendar.
