James said SPLOST 7 concluded at about 96% of the budget and capital projects are roughly 75% complete; he emphasized the reported figures are pre-audit and subject to change after the formal audit process.
Board members thanked James and noted the information was included in the meeting packet. Staff will continue audit preparations and report final numbers when the audit concludes.
