Board approves consent agenda; one trustee records dissent

Consent items approved included ratification of commercial warrants for the period June 13, 2025 through August 7, 2025; approval of the donation report; approval of the August personnel report; renewal of the Hip Hop Mindset agreement for 2025–26; authorizations for teaching assignments (speech & hearing therapy services and multiple subjects); ratification of lease agreement renewals with Class Leasing for Rio Del Norte, Rio Real, Rio Plaza and Rio Lindo schools; and approval of a modification proposal to respond to the City of Oxnard and prepare a final SEIR for the RDV Existing Campus Expansion Master Plan (Mod #06). The minutes do not explain the basis for Trustee Mejia’s dissent.
