The motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Matt Gamble and seconded by Keith Eppler. The minutes show President Sean Bradley, Vice President Keith Eppler and Member Matt Gamble voting yes; two members, Tabitha Kellam and Chris Cicio, were recorded as absent and did not register votes in the minutes. The approvals finalize routine fiscal items for the district and clear the encumbrance register for staff to process payments and moving forward procurement tasks.
