The deputy mayor updated the Design and Redevelopment Commission on ongoing work in Creekside Corporate Park, highlighting recent and anticipated activity across multiple lots.
He said the town recently granted development-plan approval for Lot 1 and that closing is underway. The deputy mayor said discussions with Exclusive Autosports about expansion could require a redesign of that firm's building, with construction likely pushed to 2027. He also reported "great progress on Lot 9 with Intelligent Living Solutions and then probably getting pretty close to moving in for Center for Site as well," and said the town is finalizing signage through the Creekside Architecture Review Committee.
The deputy mayor added that the town is working with the Seek and their council for an appraisal connected to a proposed companion town-hall building along Oak Street, with construction again likely in 2027 and additional parking planned closer to the communications tower. He closed by inviting questions and handing the meeting back to the commission.
